Trying to run Calibre 0n Windows 10, 64-bit, all latest updates applied.
When I run Calibre, I briefly see a blank application window, which then disappears. If I run as Kovid suggests, in debug mode i.e. calibre-debug -g, Calibre starts and runs with no errors, and no indication (to me at least ![]() Any thoughts on this? What happens if you launch calibre without loading your plugins?
"calibre --ignore-plugins" is the command line. If this works, try removing your user installed plugins either one at a time or in small groups and see if this allows you to determine which plugin is causing your issues. Last edited by DNSB; 09-07-2020 at 04:57 PM. Reason: added 'user installed' |

Have you previously had the 32 bit version of calibre installed? You can get some interesting behaviour if you don't uninstall the 32 bit version properly before installing the 64 bit version.

Have you tried running in Safe Mode? Where is your library, i.e. its path? BR Last edited by BetterRed; 09-12-2020 at 05:12 AM. |
