I couldn't find it in App Store.

Correct. It is Android only. See in our wiki Moon+ Reader.

It would be nice if there was one that syncs with both Android and iOS, but it seems like Hyphen is only for iOS?

there are very few apps that are even available for both iOS and Android. These include Kindle (which does sync), ADE, and Overdrive.

I'm very happy with FBReader which works on iOS and Android and syncs beautifully between the two.

FBReader syncs between both Android and iOS. It is what I use between both. It is excellent. Very customizable as well.

CSS warriors aside, FBReader is a great reader (the version from Play Store, F-droid version is very old and miss a lot of features)

For true CSS warriors there's only Pocketbook.

FBReader is my favorite. Cross platform is very nice. I like it enough that I liberate my Amazon ebooks and read them in FBReader even though the kindle app itself is cross platform.
