(Amazon) Verifying each emailed book?

I'm using a GMX email address to send to my kindle address. I just started using Fetch News today and so far, I have to log into GMX to verify each book in order for it to show up on my Paperwhite. I'd prefer to not have to verify each delivery. According to the Amazon message below, I should be able to skip this step. My GMX email is on the Approved Personal Document E-mail List. For the GMX email, I only see the Delete option, nothing for edit.

Prefer to skip the verification step next time?

Edit your Send to Kindle email address (XYZ@kindle.com) by visiting your Preferences in Manage Your Content and Devices. After editing, be sure to notify your approved senders to ensure uninterrupted delivery of your documents and newsletters.

Presumably the kindle address, thats what the email you quoted implied. I have no idea from personal experience as I dont use amazons email delivery service.

Tells you how much I use Gmail or GMX... Zip. I think I sent 1 book via mail to my Kindle. I usually keep the WiFi off on my K4 (the K deviceI use for reading)

I have always used paid services for access (and mail)
Compuserve was my first, Then Best.com, then Mindspring and now Sonic (I do have a Comcast account, but not used for mail)

Try going into your Amazon account and deleting the offending email, and then adding it again. If that doesn't work, try using a different email address. (add the new address to the approved senders list in Amazon, and configure Calibre to use the new email as well). I was having that problem for a while, and just switched to a different email address and it started working again.

Are you trying to send from xxx@gmx.com to xxx@kindle.com, where the xxx part of the addresses is the same? If so, this is the problem. Amazon has a bug that they don't seem to want to fix. Change one of the addresses and they should stop asking you to verify every document.

No, but they're close. Funny though, my gmail address' XXX is the same as the Kindle.com and no problem there. That's how I know I shouldn't have to verify each book.

I chatted with Amazon customer service and the agent assured he would authenticate my address and that would fix the problem. Nope.

I would suggest logging in to your gmx email account and creating an Alias email address to use just for calibre.

Simple solution that fixed the problem immediately. It was so frustrating having to deal with Amazon. They have no idea of this quirk.

I created an alias email address that is far different to the email address for my Amazon account and that did the trick.

Also, you could change your send-to-kindle email address from the aforementioned XXX@kindle.com to (something nothing like XXX)@kindle.com

EDIT: You'd have to do this on Amazon's end, though, the settings page on my kindle says it has to be done at amazon.com/myk
