Position scribbles all messed up

Today, I was rather dismayed when I opened my study material and found not only that all my margin notes had been displaced or replaced by a scribble icons, but that no changing of font size, horizontal spacing or paragraph spacing was able to restore them to their proper positions.

Now, of course I didn’t change those values in the ePub. Rather, I changed the font size in another book I had been reading. Apparently, they are maintained throughout all documents opened with Neoreader in firmware 2.2 for my Onyx Note Pro.

Is it possible to restore handwritten notes to their proper position after corruption other than playing around with the values of font size and spacings?

Is it possible to enable formatting per ePub in Neoreader? So that changing of values does not affect other books? I have found the setting in Global Settings

Are there other recommendations for reader apps that allow for both handwritten and typed notes?

Thanks in advance for helping me with any of these questions.
