Connect Max3 to an external monitor

In MAX3, is it possible to connect an external monitor throught USB Type-C port (USB Type-C to HDMI port)?

I don't know. I doubt it. I have one. Everything in the manual says it has to connect from HDMI to HDMI. I do not have the necessary adapters to find out.
