New new version just uploaded, fixing an issue with logging on Windows for non-ASCII characters.

Someone tell Microsoft the 1990s called, they want their non-Unicode nonsense back.

Hello, I de-activated the work around and installed the file you wanted to test.
After launching Calibre after installation i still have the problem.
