Destination "uuid" in Search & Replace Metdata dialog
By accident (here a nicer word for "mistake"
![]() What did this do? I cannot see any change. Where is this uuid column? Is my library now corrupt? Thanks for any help! --- Below a screen shot of the dialog how I applied it: ![]() |

uuid is an internal identifier, it is used to, for example, match books in the library to books on the device. If you have a backup you should restore from it.

IIRC you can use the custom column with a template like {uuid}

Probably with an image editor to obfuscate the unimportant and possibly personal data. The pertinent bits, the source and destination fields, are clear.
