Have Storybundle fixed their formatting? I bought a bundle from them a few years ago, and the formatting was a nearly unsalvagable mess.

Given most StoryBundles are indie authors, I doubt formatting issues are anything to do with StoryBundle. I've had a few bundles off them over the years, and I've not had problems with the books I've read.
