Likebook mimas big problems. Pls help

Hi guys.
I bought a likebook mimas and i regret every second of the decision i made.
I have 1 very very big problem with it.
I have a note, in the note app and it doesnt open anymore. When i press on it the screen goes dark and then the home Page appears.
I cannot acces the note in question and it contains very important data.
How can i acces acces it?

I have to tell you that when i received the unit it was not updated to teh latest os version. And i cant update it since it doesnt work.
It just stays at establishing connection, no matter what i do.
Curent version is v1.0.2-2019032218
The version that it is trying and failing to update to is 1.1.0-2019060320

Can you try with android file transfer
https://www.android.com/filetransfer/
With this program can you extract the file, remembering that they are .html
In alternative, can you save the file in .pdf if the device should you this action

Thank you for he suggestion. I work on Windows and there was no need for this program.
I managed to connect the tablet to the pc and în The "notes" folder i found another folder called data.
From there i extracte a lot of PNG files that i need to sort now, because they're not named accordingly.
A lot of work for something... Stupid

Regarding the system update not working, can anyone help?

In another thread is told that the update was reverted so you'll receive the successive in march.

If you still have the current update and it is repeatedly wanting you to update, go to the root of your internal storage and delete the file that is just named the update version.
