They could release slip-covers and such, as i've said before, the device is so minimal it would be very easy for 3rd party accessorie makers to jazz it up in any number of ways.

the device seems too good to be true...I'm thinking the price may be the catch. What really caught my attention is the program syncing with your device and the ability to share documents with other people via the software? Will have to see how that works, basically this would be rather neat for sharing fan fiction I've converted with friends...And it may work out better than an actual archive but it sounds dependent on the other users having the device. I think it would be neat if the software is open to other devices as well...but the syncing abillity would only work with their wireless e-ink device? |

Thanks DaleDale! I checked out the main page and created an account (username Amalthia), I'm rather interested in the rss feeds. I'm getting the impression that only people with accounts can access the feeds? but I haven't had the chance to test out my account by uploading anything. Will have to give it a shot. If this works as advertised I may be very tempted to get this device as my next ebook reader. | |

I had the chance to meet Ulrik Deichsel, their head of business development, last Thursday in Leipzig and believe me: it's all true, and they are doing a great job! For what I've seen I'm not sure they'll be ready for next Christmas season, hope so, also to sell it in Italy too , anyway IT IS the next big thing in ebook market! |

The star wars fan I am i laughing out loud And , yeah, Amazon is digging it's own tomb as far as E-book are concerned, and don't seam to realise it. I'm waiting for their mp3 service in France with impatience though. Last edited by EowynCarter; 03-15-2009 at 06:00 PM. |

Don't often post and I've never been excited by any e-reader but this one has me interested. Hoping they deliver on all their promises.
