convert txt to epub for doc not in library?
Is there a way to use Calibre to convert a "book" not in the calibre library from txt to epub? Also I want to have the converted book remain in the folder & not added into the library.

I have copy/pasted some chapters of a web novel into a folder & would like to use an epub format. However, I don't want the stuff to be mixed into the Calibre library as I do want the web novels separate from the books.

Hindsight says I maybe create a separate library & convert the text files? Then delete/forget the library?

Was wondering if conversion be done using the command line as some threads say that the online converters are using Calibre anyway....

Marvelous! Thank you very much.

Will be looking into what Calibre command line can do or is possible. Have use Calibre only in "native mode" as that is all I needed.
