It looks like you didn't display the graphic. Is that what happened? You need the graphic to display. It has some words you need to recognize.

I am not sure what happened. What OS are you using? I just created your home page with the word OK. See if things are working now? You should be able to start a page simply by selecting it and entering text. It may be that your URL is from a group of numbers that has been used by several spammers in the past and is being blocked. The site owner has blocked a few that way. We have an ongoing battle with spammers which causes some issues particularly with new users. Hopefully the site will allow you to be ok from now on. Welcome, by the way.

tried a vpn after all else failed

before, I was using 24.7.0.0/17 addresses

i registered to wiki on android chrome which has a built-in vpn
