Hi everyone! I was just wondering how many of you have the Kindle 1 and Kindle 2. Do you still use your Kindle 1? Which one do you use more? Are you going to sell it or give it to someone else? Thank you!

Welcome to MobileRead, Libros_lego.

Click on my linky and find out!

Personally, I love my K1 and won't part with it.

However, I may be in the market for another, less restrictive device.

I have both and I don't have an answer yet. I've mostly been using K2 for comparison with K1 and new feature tests. I've just started reading a book on K2 (one I started on K1). I think K2 will become my primary reader. K1 will fall out of warranty next month. At that time I will take it off the Whispernet grid (not sure if I'll just keep Whispernet turned off or deregister it). It will be used to experiment and test some the new software extensions people are coming up with (most right here at MR).
