Since it should be fairly easy to implement, I will go ahead with the change I proposed three years ago: Quote:
It may be a week or so unitl I have time to work on this. |

Hi,
Not sure if this is a bug or not, but when I tried searching for the book "Kiss the Dead" by Laurel K. Hamilton (I am looking for the audible format to listen to), but when I looked at the progress using Job Spy, the title listed was "kiss" and not "Kiss the Dead". Obviously, Overdrive didn't find the book. Is there a way to make sure that the actual title and not an abrieviatted version is being used? |

In this case a search for titles containing "Kiss" in books by "Laurel K. Hamilton" will find nothing because the author name is misspelled. |

I did however discover that the plugin had the old overdrive urls to the individual libraries, and I thought that it would automatically go to the right places. I had to reconfigure the plugin and fixed the links. So now it found the books. Thanks for letting me know that it only used unique words though |

Version 2.37.0 - 12 Dec 2019
The duration of wait time in the ol_wait_weeks custom column will be suffixed by "H" if it is detected that the book is already on hold at the specified library. For example, "05H@OCLS" indicates that the book is on hold at OCLS with a five week wait time. Hold status is only available for OverDrive, cloudLibrary, and Open Library. |

Woohoo - this is awesome! I now use a color-coded column to denote books that are on the hold list versus everything else that's queued up for holds.
This is not a question about the plugin itself - but do you have any advice for me if I wanted to create a quick way to see how many holds I have at each library (This way I can optimize my holds across libraries within Calibre rather than go back and forth with the Overdrive sites). My quick idea is that I want to create a separate custom column and do a regular expression on the waiting time column to extract the library that has a hold on a book, and then use the free categories tab on the left to count up how many holds I have in each library. I haven't done this before so not sure if this is the best idea... Quote:

I believe that it is possible, but my experience with custom columns is limited.

oh I know Python, but where do you inject the code? I'm a basic newbie with Calibre.
