Calibre ebook Viewer Not working

I recently updated calibre to 4.2
When i open any book in any ebook format like epub azw3 etc. it show this error

calibre 4.3 embedded-python: True is64bit: True

Again, switch your system encoding to utf-8 from latin-1

I search internet but not found any way to change utf-8 systemwide. Can you please tell me

Check the locale command
