Forma I have buyer's remorse with my 8gb Forma. wish I got the 32gb model

a few months ago I bought an 8-gigabyte Kobo Forma and have been quite happy with it. However with so many books on it, I'm close to reaching the capacity. I have a strange case of buyer's remorse. I wish I got the 32GB Kobo Forma instead. I am currently at a store and I asked a customer service agent what could be done about my plight, and they said they can't do anything at the store and suggested I contact rakuten.

Does anybody know what rakuten can do for people in my shoes? My Kobo Forma is in excellent condition I even got a case for it.

You can try selling it on ebay and repurchasing the larger model

Rakuten Kobo probably won’t do anything since you’re out of the return window by quite a bit. So taking Peter up on his interest might be the wisest move. You’ll probably take a loss on the 8gb given it is technically used and wouldn’t come with the full benefits of ordering from an official retailer.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect Rakuten to take this 8GB forma and let me pay the difference for the 32GB.

(I mean... if they did, I'd be delighted and praise them for their customer service).
