You can try doing a factory reset using the buttons. That can solve issues like this. Or check the card and cables are seated properly. And of course, make sure the battery is charged.

Hi, after a factory reset, my e-reader only shows a blank screen. When I tried to extract the image of the internal SD-card, I get an read error. So hopefully, the problem is just a matter of exchanging the SD-card. Can you therefore also send me the image of the internal SD-card?

I also have a Aura HD (N204B) with a corrupted internal SD card. Can't manage to repair it.
