Why not just do what I do (Take a set of electric clippers, set them to the closest setting, and cut off all of the hair on my head, check with a mirror to make sure I missed nothing. Only takes about 3 or 4 minutes. Just be careful not to cut off your eyebrows)?

If I wasn't a wanna-be student on campus (I'm in Upward Bound), I think I would cut my hair really short?

Isn't it better to cut off all your hair if you are mostly bald anyway since it shows that you are not trying to fool anyone via a technique such as the combover or really bad toupee/wig?
