I bought my Clara a couple weeks ago (ordered from Walmart). Haven't noticed any problems.

There isn't any glue holding the back onto the device. I was talking about between the front bezel and the screen. Getting at the card is fairly easy. From memory, the back is a tight enough fit that you need something thing to start, but, once started, it comes of easily.

Beware the Bezel is Soft. Just use your finger nail run it around the seam What you are doing is popping the plastic snaps inside. Finger nails Wont break then but other things can.
