Note Pro stopped working !?

I barely used it for a week now, but today it stopped going to the main screen, it stays on the beginning screen where it says "POWER OFF READ INTO THE FUTURE"
But the screen lights turn on, and when I connect the USB to the computer, I can navigate into the folders no problem?
Does anyone know how to format the device, or is it a screen issue?

If you had it for a week, return it. Its clearly defective. There aren't firmwares available for download that I know of. Maybe you can find the 2.1.1 chinese firmware somewhere and try to force an upgrade that way. I'd ditch it though and get a replacement

Try a factory reset first. Instructions here: http://bbs.onyx-international.com/t/...ox-note/1042/2

If that doesn't work, return it for a replacement or refund. Don't try to reformat it or reflash the firmware yourself if it is still under warranty as otherwise you risk voiding the warranty.

thanks for replys, it seems will have to send it back; tried the resetting method but no luck

the aliexpress shop that sold me hte product promised to replace it if ised it back with the warranty and they will refund me the shipping costs, but thanks
