Troubleshooting New Oasis-Weird Problem

Hello All,
Just received a new Oasis. Linked it to WiFi, and then linked to my Amazon account. All went fine. It downloaded the new software fine. However, when I go to Your Library, I only see the User's Guide and a singe book that I had purchased before I received the Oasis. None of my 400+ purchased books are showing up under ALL. I know it's linked to my account, because under docs I see all of the previous books I emailed to my past kindle. I've tried a restart, and it is the same. Any ideas?

Check out Filter on the main screen. Make sure it is on Books and that unread is unchecked, although you mention docs and filter is where you would see docs unread might have remained checked.

Turned out to be a hardware problem. Amazon sent out a new unit and it works fine!
