usb connection

When my boox is connected to my Windows 10 computer it shows up in the file explorer or whatever it's called as an mp3 player with some earbuds connected to it. Not as a USB storage device that I can double click on and look around inside.

Is this normal?

Oops, my mistake. I can double click on it and open it.
