I'll have to call in reinforcements Green, but it's hard to see. If you mix brown and green I only see the brown. I was making fun of my coworker the other day for wearing a brown shirt and brown pants, and he told me his shirt was green |

Hee hee -- my dad had that same colorblindness. We had a running joke about "what color is *this* that I'm wearing?". And traffic lights. He invented a color "Rorasch". Only he knew what color it was, and he couldn't describe it! And "Kreenchie" too. |

Maybe you could train yourself to see the green better? Like getting a cat and strapping (Hey, we found a use for one!) the laser pointer to its head and you have to follow it around... Cats with frickin' laser beams attached to their heads! -MJ |

I did know someone once who claimed to be able to see some UV, but not colors at the red end of the spectrum. I always thought that was very interesting. Not to be able to see some colors, I can understand, but how would one end up being able to see off the end of the spectrum? Something funny about the shape of the cones in his eyes, I suppose.

Very odd. Of course colorblindness in females is pretty unusual. The Military didn't even used to test for it.

They have some good stuff, including a set of four chairs that I need for my table in my house (which, of course, I don't have). But I know my mom is going to get mad at me (for several assorted reasons). I didn't go to a book auction on Thursday (gasp!) and I haven't been to one in months. But I really like this auction house! ARGH! |

You actually -are- planning to get the house one day right? At some point I think you are obligated to get it, or at least a couple storage units. I did spend the other night searching Christies back catalog for completed book auctions. They've had some pretty lots.. -MJ | |
