That seems like a good deal. I preordered a book for $7.47, and will use my coupon, when I get it, for another book that's $7.49, which works out to $5 a piece.

I hate to let a coupon languish when I have credits in hand, but I'm having a hard time finding a pre-order that I want. Likely choices are all of the "ok" variety.

Off whatever the actual price would be. I've used these coupons many times, and they are off the net price, not the full price.

Yeah, a particularly uninspiring list. Worse, I just bought and received a pre-order a few days ago, too soon for this.

You don't have to preorder off that list. It says at the top of the promo page, "when you pre-order ANY title on Audible.

If I read the rules correctly it says any preorder. Doesn’t say paid preorder. Here is a free preorder. I make no promises.

If you do an advanced search, it's one of the filters you can choose.

I figure I'll wait until the last day in hope they add something of more interest to me than my current "possibles."

That prompts the question: does that mean that Amazon will give you another _credit_ (or allow you to keep the one that you received from the promotion) of $5, since you will not have used the $5 for a pre-order (since it is _free_)?

Here is a promotion that I wish . . . *gulp* . . . had more fine print than less.
