Just had a quick look through the listings and could not find any reference.
Is there a way to tell via command-line (etc) if a plugin is installed and enabled? I tried calibre-customize.exe --list-plugins but that gave me some generic list without any reference to the plugin I am interested in. I will be working with a File Type plugin. |

--list-plugins will give you all installed plugins, including any custom one you add via calibre-customize -a

Hello Kovid.
As I said, I have tried that (via command prompt), and all I got was the following, and nowhere amongst that are any KFX entries (Input and Output plugins are installed). Please note, that the first entry below is truncated. Spoiler:

Running "calibre-customize --list-plugins" on my Linux box shows a lot more plugins before the first in your list. That output looks like just the last lines of the output. I would suggest sending the output to a file and seeing if it captures more of the details.

My apologies, I just tried piping to a text file instead, and seems I got a lot more entries, including some KFX ones.
Never come across that difference before that I can recall. Will get back to you if I have any further issues. Thanks for your assistance. |

Once again, thanks Govid, my code worked a treat.
Detected plugin. Disabled. Add an already processed KFX ebook using the companion OPF file. Re-Enabled. |
