Just finished that one myself. In addition to the audible originals I used 1 of my two months to "gift" an audiobook in order to get the valentine $5 credit. I turned that into 3 Whispersync books. I got one of the Kindle versions for free, and for the other two I used my digital credits from Slo-Mo Prime. Man, I love min-maxing these offers.

Cool. I didn't bother with the $5 promo. I've pretty much gotten all of the cheap WS books I'm interested in. I'd be hard pressed to use the $5 credit on anything worthwhile.

I never got digital credit offers for slow shipping. It was always Pantry credits. So I'd choose two-day shipping and get slow shipping anyway. In return for Amazon's generosity, I cancelled Prime and haven't ordered anything on Amazon since Black Friday.

I love saving money on Amazon

Slow shipping; not 2-days, huh? I've consistently gotten orders from Amazon in 2 days, when I selected 2-day shipping. In fact, I don't remember any time when I didn't get my order in 2 days (admittedly, I had Prime one year), and I've bought a lot of stuff from them over the years. Amazon is the 800 lb. gorilla in the retail business right now. My theory is that package delivery companies put a little extra effort into getting Amazon orders to Amazon customers on time, regardless of what it takes--it would be a huge loss to the company to have Amazon to quit using them.

Now Target is a different matter, as far as when you get your "2-day shipping" order. On my last order, I qualified for automatic 2-day shipping. A couple of items came the very next day. But I had to wait on one or two items (in one box) for literally a week and a half or so.

While I know you already opted out, I cracked the code on how to beat the Pantry Blues. Select the pantry credit. Once you get it, don't use it. Until it expires you'll get the $1 digital credits.

Hmmm . . . . I still didn't see it among the posts; I saw it when I followed your link.

It sounded like a good promo. Maybe Amazon and Planet Fitness will get together and offer it again. I might be interested, so long as it absolutely, positively does not require doing any exercise.

I wonder if Audible/Amazon monitor this forum to discover where there are loopholes in their promo programs. It seems like the loopholes disappear shortly after they're mentioned in the forum . . . .
