It is possible for most to predict weather with 80% success by following a few simple steps.

	1. Start by predicting that the weather tomorrow will be like it is today. At most places where people live the weather is pretty stable. This means that you will be right about 60% of the time. This can vary from place to place. 2. Randomly add either: 2.a. ... or better. 2.b. ... or worse. You then increase your chances of being right with 20% regardless which you said, providing your choice was random. 3. If you check with your local weather channel you can probably make step 2 less random and improve your success rate to over 90%. But that depends on the weather channel. |
