Take all you want! What you don't get is slated to hit us later today. We're expecting 3 to 5 inches of snow, then a coating of ice, then a chage over to rain -- because snow and ice aren't messy enough.

Well, we got none of the above on the Hill. Just a lot of bitterly cold rain and damp. I am glad I don't have to go to court over in Alamance today, though, as those roads go nasty at the drop of a hat.

Getting dumped on with snow right now. I'll have about a one-hour window to get 4-5 inches of snow removed from sidewalks (long ones) before it turns to rain and makes a real mess.

Not for us. We got three inches of heavy, dense snow. By my afternoon ride the snow had changed over to sleet and the roads were an inch or two deep in slush. By the evening we had a freezing mist which made three branches and shrubs look beautiful under the streetlights, but driving was a challenge. Now, it's a degree above freezing and it's just raining.

All winter in a day.

After yesterday's mess today was sunny and the temperature hit 50°F. We still have some snow along the driveway and in the woods out back, but the roads are clear and dry.
