Last night I unearthed a bottle of 10 yr. Laphroaig (which used to be my daily tipple before my palate shifted) ... I opened it and ... yes ... once again it has entered my nightly range of choices ... its peaty, smoky, iodine and salt overtones seem more suitable for cold weather tippling ...

Some single origin coffee I picked up from Aldi brewed 1:16 and made ~30 oz or so.

Mosaic (the Gordeon Food Service coffee and tea private label) English Breakfast.

I probably shouldn't be as surprised and diasapppointed as I am that it's completely lackluster. They did such a nice job on the packaging that I was expecting too much, I guess.
