Water kefir. Brewed, flavored (ginger root and lemon), and bottled right in my own kitchen. I'm quite pleased with my inaugural batch.

Should have some blueberry-thyme to sample by Christmas eve.

That's a good price! Even after I convert to CDN. However, the savings might tend to be offset by the cost of the trip.

First tea of the day. I finished off my Taiwanese A-Li-Son Oolong yesterday. Today I opened a large tin of Tian Hu Shan brand Chinese Oolong produced by Fujian Blue Lake Foods. There's actually a seller offering this at Amazon, for almost three times what I paid at the local Asian market.
