Issues with file imports
Hello Calibre Fans
I am restarting to use calibre to create epub3 and experience some issues with file imports: - xhtml file import are not recognized in the file browser - javascript file import are not recognized in the file browser I am using the current version of calibre under linux elementary OS. Also, when importing different kinds of ressources as images, css files etc. they are stored in the root folder and not in dedicated subfolders. What might I am doing wrong here ? Thanks for providing me a hint how to continue Greetings, Peter |

Please state the version number. Linux distros are notoriously out of date.
When Pissible, use the commandline tool found at the Calibre Download pade for Linux |

you can import any kind of file into a book, not just xhtml or js. As for where images etc are stored, you get to specify where you want them. If you want them in a subfolder name them subfolder/filename
