Wouldn't that depend on the structure of a specific world in the Multiverse? Couldn't there be a universe where on its Earth, so long ago, the first intelligent human was crushed under a boulder and the mouse became the dominate species on the planet?

Wouldn't that depend on the way the multiverse is structured? Isn't it true that in String Theory the universes are separated by vibrations? Would that mean that if you could alter your string vibration you'd end up in a different universe?
