I've posted it up thread a ways, but I'll repeat. I add sufficient salts to the R/O water here, refrigerate, and then use a Soda Stream (with an aftermarket adapter - I'm not an idiot) to carbonate. The salt mixture is carefully calibrated to match that of San Pellegrino.

(There's an online spreadsheet to allow you to calculate the required salts to add to your water to mimic virtually ANY commercial bottled water. I posted a link up-thread, and am not where I can easily look it up now. But it definitely works! Beats paying for San Pellegrino or Perrier. )

I've tried most of Bigelow's flavored teas and generally find them inoffensive enough to finish the box, but I think Earl Grey and Constant Comment are the only ones I've ever bought again.

Right now it's some Kericho Gold tea from Kenya that I picked up at an Indian market in Grand Rapids last weekend. It's machine produced (CTC), so I'm sure it loses a lot of subtlety of flavor, but I like it. It has a sharp, hoppy bitterness, that fades almost immediately to mellow malt.

The shop I got it from is almost certainly selling gray market imports. I only paid $6 for the 500g box, but the cheapest I can find it online is $20.

Lion Mountain Keemun. Which is currently (and briefly) available from Peet's again. Still one of my favourite black teas at a reasonable price.
