DHL --> sent problem - Page 3

I placed my order last saturday at Waterstones. It arrived today here in the Netherlands using Overseas Courier Delivery.

Waterstones can use normal mail but the have to asure that it's certified mail (maybe a little more expensive, I know), I mean the mail service has to provide Waterstones a tracking number to avoid this to happen!

I'm thinking about what to do it this second item doesn't arrive...

If it's less then 30 days since you paid for said 505 and you paid via a bank card or credit card, you can go to the bank or credit card company and tell them what happened so they can refund your money.

I'm afraid it's almost 2 months from that

They told me to wait 30 days from the last shippment due to Spanish customs... but I don't think that's the problem here.
I hope this time It'll finally arrive (soon).

I'll request a refund if it doesn't arrive this second time.

I'm very tired of this.

This afternoon i received my ereader!
Better late than never, i'm very happy, and not arrived by DHL, i am proud

as you can lose a reader and received the package? then not receive any
DHL = Incompetent

I can now deliver the gifts

Yep,
they didn't provide anything. If it doesn't arrive I'll ask them to send it (3rd time) via courier without any charge, of course.

I had to complaint again and ask them to send it via courier and it's finally arrived (4 days after my complaint)...
Pffff.... WHAT A DIFFICULT ODYSSEY to get an ereader from them...

I am glad you have it
I would put in the package addition to the reader, one gps!

But with the bar code that appears in the box sony, i think, can know the number of the reader to be lost, and be aware if someone registers the reader on the web, or guaranteed, or something.

The important thing is to enjoy reading with the reader, because it is a delight.
