I've been trying some flavored black teas lately. The quality's kind of all over the place, so I decided to try making tea with flavored water and decent black tea. Yesterday, I used some passionfruit-flavored, non-carbonated water that I got at ALDI (basically knock-off Hint). Today, I used some raspberry seltzer.

The short of it is that it's quite a bit better than the pre-flavored teas, but if I were to do it regularly, it would be more expensive than just buying really good tea.

Nope. I'm more of an IPA kinda guy.

But today? It's cooled down finally, so I think I'll have a nice cup of Murchie's Queen Victoria blend. An odd blend when you look at the ingredients, but it actually works quite well. (Darjeeling and Ceylon, a little Lapsang Souchong, and some Jasmine. Who'd have thunk?) A delightful afternoon tea.

Cranberry juice. And chocolate covered coffee beans. (no time before my last meeting in this job, so making do with alternatives.)

Back to faux San Pellegrino -- another bunch of hot days starting!

I'll be glad to be able to just close up the office and leave it alone for the rest of the month. With west-facing windows it can be a real sauna in here!
