Where can I find the file that contains the virtual libraries?

I want to make them consistent across all my libraries.

virtual libraries are stored in the library database.

There is a tool that copies VLs 1-by-1 from the current Library to any Target Library in the Job Spy plug-in. Ditto for "saved searches". And "user categories". The Target Library must already have the same custom columns as used in the Source Library for those items, of course.
