Yup, Guy Hagi said we could get six to twelve inches here in the beautiful Sandwich Islands today.

Friends in Michigan's northern peninsula just added to their yearly total, and reached 300 inches. This is not the highest total for the area, but it's mightly impressive. Like, 25 feet.

Over here in the Netherlands, it has been around 24 C (75 F) today.

Reminds me of the winter I spent in Bath Maine, '69-'70 or maybe '70-'71. As I recall the snow was level (not drifts) to the eaves and we had to tunnel to get out the door. It's a good thing most houses weren't well insulated in the ceilings or the snow would have piled up enough to collapse many roofs.

We had snow this week in Ohio. One day (Tuesday, maybe?) it snowed lightly but just about all day. Didn't really accumulate much, though.

While we've hit the 70s F a few times in the last few weeks, it's still mostly between 32 to 50-ish.

Seems like every 6 or 7 years we have snow in April. Nothing to see here, move along.
