I think it's just Dropbox. I tried accessing a file from my Dropbox using the beta web browser on the KA1. Tap and then nothing. However, I just tested gutenberg.org and there were no problems. I'll find another solution than Dropbox. Thanks.

As I said, I don't use Dropbox, but when you go there from the browser, it will probably display the mobile version of the site. There should be a link on the page to the desktop version. Try that and see if you can download.
