Open your Voyage, have a look at the model number of the screen and go to AliExpress and search for the screen. That's the best place to go get a replacement screen. Also, by opening the Voyage, you can see if you think you can replace the screen before you buy. Also, if the Voyage is old enough, maybe you'd like to also replace the battery.

Replacing the screen is not a problem, I have done it before. Yes aliexpress sells screens but they cost so much I could buy a used voyage for that price. I am hoping somebody has a kindle voyage that doesn't work but the screen still does.

If the screen on that eBay auction really did work, it's a very rare auction. Most readers for parts have a broken screen.

One thing you can do is open the Voyage, get the model number from the screen, go to https://www.AliExpress.com and search for the screen.

Thanks for your help, Actually there is a good chance it is broken since it has all those lines running through the screen, but then maybe it isn't. I have seen kindle screens before with lines running through them that were broken, and I have seen kindle screens with lines running through them that weren't broken.

I read the description.
"The problem only arose two weeks back after I downloaded a few new books to it. It's still charging and all but just won't go beyond the screensaver."

It's not a guarantee but most likely not a hardware issue.
