I really enjoyed reading this one - both the old and new characters - all of which appear in later books

Probably been mentioned before multiple times but items on Smashwords are all DRM free. Most are available in up to seven file formats and you can select to only see the free offerings in your subject category. Baen Books has a free SF category too and again available in multiple ebook formats, DRM free. Mobileread Forums has a lot of public domain books in multiple file formats too.

Amazon doesn't show I own the first in the series although I KNOW without a doubt that I do. Change in publisher? I really don't know. Audiobook prices for this series are all over the map too. Some $1.99 but others are $7.49. One is $3.47 ??? Very odd.
