I lost a $3000 hearing aid on a plane or in the concourse at Minneapolis and called MSP and the destination airport and the airline repeatedly over weeks and they never had anything like that.

This sad tale reminds me to go put a label on the back of my 505 with my name and phone number.

UC sells 505s based upon how many books are preloaded (which is silly because once you authorize them to your own account, the ebooks lock anyway) they are between $125 and $225 - $125 or less being damaged in some way (dropped and the corner pushed in, causing the lower silver section to bulge outward).
Kindle 1s are always $295. They tend to come with chargers, unlike the 505s.

I think I'm going to create an ebook - 0My Contact info - and put my name and number in it. If a kind soul finds it (and there's still a charge in it), maybe they'll open that book.

By putting a 0 at the front of the author name and book name, it should sort to the top of the list, yeah?

I read about some people create a "screen saver" image on their Kindle with their name and contact info on it. Which is an excellent idea... I would do it if I traveled alot.

My business card turns into a sticker. I think I might put it on my Reader.

I carry my Sony with me every day in my purse. The other day, I left my purse in a conference room. I had to laugh at myself when I got there and checked my purse, and realized that I looked to see if 1) the Reader was still there, then 2) my wallet was still there.

Try PRSCustomizer. You can add a custom logo in the upper left corner in the menus where it says Sony Reader. I replaced it with my name, email address and phone number. It's impossible to miss.

I hope it turns up. If your wife doesn't want it, it will be a spare.
