Creating sub-libraries on T68

I have a T68 running the 2017-05-03 build (set on automatic update), but I cannot get it to create sub-libraries. When I select "Create Sub-Library" and add a name and description, it appears to have created one. But then when I then try to add a book to the newly created sub-library, a black box at the bottom of the screen says, "No Sub-Library, please add one first." I have tried rebuilding the library before and after creating the sub-library, but so far nothing has worked.
