Does Calibre support Interactive Video ePubs?
Does Calibre support Interactive Video ePub books? If not, is there a plug-in that does or is there support planned in the future for such a feature?

Support it in what sense? You can view them using the browser viewer that is part of the calibre content server. The default viewer supports javascript, but not video.
