The funniest theft we ever saw was of the contents of an ice chest. We had told the owner of the ice chest, he needed to secure it. He just laughed and said I will be less than 4 feet from the ice chest. The bandits (two of them) managed to get all the hamburger patties before the guy got out of his tent. They didn't get the sausage. It was the food for a church picnic the next day. The bandits were not seen again but it was Rocky and an unnamed accomplice. They spoke in chirps.
They swiped our minnows but left the bucket.

We have dueling weather models up here -- calling for anywhere from one to six inches of snow. However the snow turns out it's still supposed to be a windy, nasty day.

No snow yet, but it "feels" like snow in the air.

Snow. Lots of it for this area, and wind gusts of around 50 mph. Is currently 28°F at 6 a.m., but the mercury isn't expected to move until tonight, when it starts going down.

The cat wanted to go out, but when she saw I couldn't open the storm door at the front of the house, she changed her mind. We have a dog door on the back door, but it's mostly covered by snow. I opened the back door for Norton. The snow is at least as high as he is, but he soldiered on for about a foot and peed on the door frame. Good fellow! Above and beyond the call of duty as far as I'm concerned.

Here it's 10-12" (so far). 5-6" is what was predicted. The snow was expected to start late last night. It started around 3 p.m. It was supposed to stop before morning. As I write this it's still snowing its butt off.
