I'll agree with you on Bluetooth. It took me 15 minutes to pair phones so I could send a picture. The connection kept dropping. There's got to be an easier way.

To forget a Bluetooth device, go to settings, Bluetooth, and tap on the down arrow and you will see forget device. This is the same on both new and old Alexa apps.

Except the app wasn't showing the Dot as a Bluetooth device, and it was the Dot that Alexa wanted me to forget.

You can't forget a Dot, you can only forget a Bluetooth device. Same as a phone or any other device that connects to Bluetooth.

Alexa kept telling me to forget the Dot. I don't think I misheard, but even if I did there were no devices at all listed in the app--uhe app had dropped all the previous connections with Bluetooth devices, which is why I was faced with setting up a new connection.
