Yes, it's cardstock and walls have added panels on the inside to both provide strength and make it look nicer (it's actually a gift box, the roof can be lifted off).

Thank you. I loved doing it. Sure, the cutting is tedious. Mainly because I've got a noise plotter so I couldn't put on a podcast or watch tv. But the putting together was actually quite relaxing (though I do need to get a glue to dries quicker).

There is one problem, though. Three years ago I made 2d houses, using dies to cut out and emboss them. Last year I made small 3d houses. And this year this big thing. So the question now is, what to do next year?

Lol. I might make more houses during the year in preparation, but the lighting won't be set to music! We used to sell this little box you could put between your Christmas lights and the socket. It played Christmas "music" (in bleeps) and the lights would blink in tune with the music. Of course, my father had put one in the shop window. After half an hour it already was extremely annoying. After three weeks I had figured out 50 ways to ritually electrocute it. Needless to say the next year the thing had mysteriously disappeared .

You mean a Jingle box? I still have mine but due to migraines I no longer use it. I got in the early 90s at Walgreens. I love that little box. It plays a ton of carols.

Just finished putting up new shaving lights in two of our bathrooms. The only reason they needed replacing is that I can no longer get bulbs for the old ones... Anyway, they look more modern, so can't complain.

I meant actual music not those annoying jingle boxes. Now where did I hide those lights?

Oh and as to what am I doing, I just got off the phone from changing my phone number. I had a metro line for years but with cell phones and the fact he now works in the same town, it is no longer needed.
It also jumped from $5 to $15 a month.
