Pink? Purple? Blue? I always wanted Pink hair. Colored hair is a big trend in the place I live. I walked into Walgreens a few weeks back and the cashier has bright yellow hair. It looked so cool! My one friend has her hair dyed in a rainbow or unicorn as it's called.

I'm not that brave. It a warm, very dark brown. I would have preferred a cool dark brown but those don't seem to be available in the do-it-at-home kits. My own hair is a mousy brown. Up until a couple of years ago I was a redhead.

I always choose a colour fairly close to my own haircolour; that way you don't see the roots too much

I think if I dyed my hair a bright, unnatural colour my father would have a fit.

I'm feeling very efficient today. I've finally finished the Christmas cards and handed them over to my mother to write our names in them and address the envelopes. I've also made a list of which colour papers and the number of sheets I will need to get tomorrow. I'm going to make a Christmas house for the shop window. It's a huge project, the biggest paper project I've done. On Sunday I'm going to do the cutting (or rather: let my plotter do it) and on Monday I will assemble the thing.

I once went pumpkin. It was not my idea. Black does not do Blond straight out of a bottle.

Just came in from bringing out the garbage.

Last night was the peak of the Geminid meteor shower, but it was snowing and the sky was one big cloud, so I didn't bother going out. Tonight (very early this morning, actually!) the sky was clear and I decided to wait for a few minutes. I was about to give up when I spotted a pretty spectacular greenish-white fireball.

I gave it a few more minutes, but didn't see anything else.
