Nook Glowlight3 bypass wifi ?

Does anyone know the new OOBE bypass on the Glowlight 3?

On previous touch products it was: "swipe left-right while holding down upper page-turn",
On previous Glow-lights it was "swipe left-right while holding down Home"

I can't seem to get either to work on the GL3.

ou may need a WIFI access point, but it doesn't have to be connected to the Internet.

At the "Discover Today, Read Forever" (welcome) screen, touch the lower two corners of the screen at the same time - you should see the software version at the top.

If the version is "47.2.70 4.7.2.10"
- Choose "Let's Get Started"
- Pick any timezone
- Pick any wifi access point that lets you connect
- Stop at the "create account" screen
- Hold the left-down and right-up bottons and touch thrice quickly anywhere
- You should be in the "Diagnostic" applet

If the version is "47.2.103 4.8.1.19"
- Alternate touching the top-left and top-right corners of the screen
- Repeat this until you enter the "EasterEggActivity"
- Choose "Diagnistic"

- Choose "Android Development Setings" and enable "USB Debugging"

Now you can see the Nook in ADB, but it will be unauthorized.

Exit back (or reboot) to the main screen
Use the alternate top-left/top-right touch to enter EasterEgg or NookHWTest
As a side effect, ADB is now authorized.

At this point, you can root using the old BNRV510 tool, and/or sideload other
packages from the Nook GlowLight Plus / Zerolab site.

It should be the same.
Remember - hit exactly in the corner, and not alternating between left and right corners will reset the count.

I followed your recommendations to the last step. Can you please tell me how to root it and where can I find the info? I just want to skip the registration.
