He means click thru the terms and conditions link on the promotion. But those terms sort of combine the other days of the sweepstakes, so I think perhaps the "add email" part is only for the wish list day.

You might be right. Here is the wording for the 20-20 sweepstakes from the terms and conditions page:

HOW TO ENTER. To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period you must enter via either Entry Method #1 or Entry Method #2 below:

Entry Method #1: Existing Audible listeners who opt in to enter the sweepstakes by providing their email address will automatically receive one (1) entry when they play any piece of content in the Audible App for more than 20 minutes during the Sweepstakes Period after logging in using their Amazon.com account or Audible username and password.

It seems to be clear that you have to opt in somehow by providing your email.
Later on the page, there is a link that asks for your email, but as you point out, that is in the section for the terms of the Wishlist sweepstakes. So now I'm not sure what you do actually have to do to be entered.
