Help adding a custom news source (PDF) needed.
Hello,
I want to add a custom source for a monthly journal. The journal and can be obtained from: http://www.darc.de/cqdlarchiv/ Since this page needs authentification I attached a screenshot. How can I create a rule that would download the new issues and automatically and convert it to my kindle? Thank you in advance! -inte- |

The news download system is designed to work with HTML not PDF. You could theoretically create a recipe that downloads the pdf, converts it to HTML using ebook-convert, but I doubt very much the results would be satisfactory.

In either case, I entirely hope they will switch from the flash-based reader to some html-based stuff at some point, which will hopefully allow to extract the content more easily.
